How does it work?

location
Starting from your personal tastes, the available budget and the number of guests, I propose a selection of the wedding locations that best suit your needs.
02.
Moodboard
Thereafter, I dedicate myself to the wedding design, proposing a theme for the event. Based on the chosen theme, I develop a moodboard where I put together my suggestions for all the aspects related to the wedding design, for example the colour palette, the setting and decor, the lighting and the stationery.
03.
schedule
Once the creative planning has been defined, I move on to the logistical organization of the event. Firstly, I draw up a detailed program schedule of the day, with all the planned activities and recommended suppliers. On the basis thereof, I develop a calendar of all the organizational meetings necessary to define and arrange the various activities, from the start of the collaboration until the day of the event.
04.
suppliers
At this point I contact the suppliers and the venues that we have pre-selected to request quotations. I share each quotation with you so that you can verify each cost item directly. I also take care of managing all the paperwork, should any documentation be necessary for the event.
05.
coordination
On the wedding day I will be present to check all the supplies we ordered, coordinate the various partners and manage all the organizational aspects of the event.
